Jeffrey Knott
Founder / CEO
Jeff is CEO of Kickstart Capital Partners LLC, and is a Licensed CPA from Canada. He has extensive background in corporate accounting as a Senior Accounting Manager and Controller for two global multi-billion-dollar companies. He specializes in developing efficient processes, managing multiple projects, training staff, & business analysis. Jeff uses those high-level financial analysis skills to underwrite every project.
Jeff’s experience spans over 25 years of residential real estate flips, as well as commercial and residential real estate sales with Prudential and SVN. He brings extensive hands-on real estate construction, and management skills to each of his projects. He has worked with vendors, subcontractors, designers, engineers, specialty trades, and other on-site personnel to deliver top notch residential homes, and now commercial properties.
Liana Knott
Founder / VP
Liana is Vice President of Kickstart Capital Partners LLC and responsible for customer service, business administration, marketing, design, and company oversight. Liana has over 30 years of customer service experience in the dental and restaurant industries and is bringing the customer comes first attitude to our real estate partners.
Liana has been involved with overall design and direction of all their residential flip projects for over 25 years. She brings with her a keen eye and understanding of exterior, and interior aesthetics and has assisted Jeff in many of their hands-on projects. She is eager to bring those design skills to their latest commercial projects.
Josh Cantwell
Advisor
Josh manages over $40M in private money, which is deployed into multifamily real estate and apartments. He has been involved in 1,000+ wholesale, rehab, rental, foreclosure, and apartment transactions, and currently holds a portfolio of over 3,000+ cash-flowing apartments. He is the founder and CEO of a variety of successful businesses including Freeland Ventures and Strategic Real Estate Coach. Josh is the lead of our private mastermind group.
